WHAT OUR GOLD SEAL SERVICE CERTIFICATION™ MEANS:

NOTE: For clarification purposes herein, a Company or Individual Owner(s) who has met the following criteria and is qualified to use the Gold Seal Service Certification™ is referred to as a "Certified Business Associate" by Go Kahuna™.

At the time that a "Certified Business Associate" is reported by Go Kahuna™ as having the Gold Seal Service Certification™:

1) The Certified Business Associate will possess current and proper licensing and/or certifications required of their business or occupation.

2) The Certified Business Associate will have current Liability Insurance with respect to their business or occupation. Go Kahuna™ will be a Certificate Holder with the insurance agency of all Certified Business Associates. Therefore, we will be timely notified of any changes in their insurance coverage.

3) The Certified Business Associate will be Bonded or Bondable, if necessary, in their area of business or occupation.

4) The Certified Business Associate will have current Workers' Compensation Insurance, if they have employees. Again, Go Kahuna™ will be a Certificate Holder on all Certified Business Associates in order that Go Kahuna™ will be apprised of changes to coverage.

5) The Certified Business Associate's highest ranking principal(s) (as defined by the Certified Business Associate, such as Company President/CEO, Owner, etc.) will have had a criminal background check at the time of application for Gold Seal Service Certification™. No business concern with a felony conviction reported to our criminal records clearinghouse at the time of application for Gold Seal Service Certification™ will be granted a Gold Seal Service Certification™ or become a Certified Business Associate.

6) The Certified Business Associate will have no unresolved complaints, older than 90 days, with its local Better Business Bureau at the time of application. The 90 day provision is to allow a Certified Business Associate adequate time with which to respond. This same standard will be used if any subsequent complaints come to our attention.

7) Go Kahuna™ will have verified at least three (3) references of the Certified Business Associate at the time of application. These references by customers of the Certified Business Associate will have to be reported as satisfactory in all aspects of their performance.
